Dear Supporters,

Thank you for all of your help and support through this grueling campaign season. Though I did not prevail, I take comfort in the fact that through it all I fought the good fight. I ran a clean and honorable race that did not stoop to name calling, negative ads or dirty tricks. I listened when you said you didn’t want things done the way they had always been. I didn’t do business as usual.

Unlike my opponents, the monies that funded my campaign came from my fellow Alaskans, just like you, or out of my own pocket. I was beholden to no one, and I earned the votes I received. Thank you all for your donations, as they were what made this campaign possible.

Rest assured, I am not done. I may be down, but I am not out. Over the next few months you can find me volunteering my time on local races, touring the state continuing to learn more about what is important to everyday Alaskans. I love Alaska and I intend to continue finding ways to serve because I believe that all of us have gifts that we can use to make
this world just a little bit better for others in our lifetime and in the lifetimes of our children.

Do not hesitate to contact me with any concerns you may have, or issues you feel need to be addressed. I am always available to hear your concerns and fight for those who have no voice. Again, thank you for all of your support these past months.

Sincerely,

Gabrielle LeDoux
